Rules & Regulations:
Kindly take note of the following information:
- 1. There will be no bird-feeding activity in the park due to ongoing maintenance work being carried out in the enclosures. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
- 2. Please be informed that the presentation is subject to cancellation in the event of heavy rainfall or if there are less than 20 people in attendance. We advise you to check the weather forecast for the day of the presentation and also kindly confirm the number of attendees before making your way to the park. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
These items are Not Allowed in the Bird Park.
- • Outside food and eatables such as sweets, chocolates, mints, mouth fresheners, chips, and tiffin boxes are strictly prohibited inside the park. However, a provision has been made for infants below 2 years of age, with a separate feeding area allocated to the mother. Baby food will be kept at the ticket counter for easy access.
- • Medicines are allowed inside the park, but only emergency medicine can be kept with guests. A guest relations officer will assist you and get you your medications in case of an emergency.
- • Only steel water bottles are permitted inside the park. Plastic water bottles, both single-use and reusable, are prohibited.
- • Cosmetics such as lip balm, lip stick, moisturizer, insect repellent, perfumes, deodorant, tissue paper, and wet wipes are allowed inside the park.
- • Sanitation kits including diapers, pads, and hand sanitizers are also permitted.
- • Security personnel will check for the above items in your bags.
- • Outside food and eatables, water bottles, soft drinks, and medicines (except for baby food, water bottles, and diapers for infants below 2 years) are not allowed inside the park. Baby food must be used inside the souvenir shop, and a guest relationship executive will guide you to a place to change diapers.
- • Baggage and sharp objects are not allowed inside the park. Guests are only allowed to bring money wallets and cell phones inside the park. All bags should be kept at the baggage counter.
- • The management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any interactive session or presentation. Everything in the park is the property of EsselWorld Bird Park, so please do not pick flowers, collect feathers, damage plants, or catch the birds, especially by pulling their feathers.
- • The pathway in some parts of the park can be slippery or uneven. Please watch your steps and be extra careful when walking in the park.
- • Some birds may have sharp claws and bills, while others can bite hard without warning. Guests are advised to respect them and refrain from touching, disturbing, throwing objects, or shouting at them at any time.
- • Do not attempt to feed the birds. Bird food is specially designed, and human food may not be suitable for them and could seriously affect their health.
- • Flash photography and any shiny objects should be avoided, as it may blind, disturb, or startle the birds.
- • Smoking and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the park.
- • Do not play music inside the park. Nature has a better melody to offer here, so guests are encouraged to listen to it. Throwing plastic inside the park is strictly prohibited, as it might kill a bird.
- • Guests are requested to cooperate with guest relationship officers and ticketing staff and follow their instructions.
- • The management reserves the right to ask a person to leave the park in case of non-adherence to park rules or disrespecting fellow visitors and Birdpark representatives.
- • Guests may be videotaped, filmed, or photographed by Birdpark representatives during their visit. Their admission to the park serves as consent to use the image by Birdpark authorities.
- • Any person breaking the park rules may attract a penalty of up to Rs 500.
- Let's remember that the Park is not just a place we visit, it is also the home of our animal friends. So, let's make sure we treat them with the respect they deserve.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY:
Cancellations/Refunds/Chargebacks: Cancellations of entry tickets are permitted only up to 48 hours before the intended date of visit, & 25% cancellation charges shall be levied on the total price paid. No refunds are permitted if cancellations are made within 48 hours before the intended date of the visit. Partial cancellations or modifications are not permitted. No refunds are admissible on cancellation or alteration of vehicle bookings. No-Show: Please note that the Park tickets are issued only for the date as mentioned thereon. These tickets cannot be used on any other date & no refunds shall be given for unused tickets. Chargeback: No chargebacks are permissible on unused tickets.
