- One card or recharge can be used by one person and valid for a single day.
- Package allows for only one instance of the game. Package cannot be shared.
- Package once taken cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Prior Reservation not allowed.
- Prizes on games are only applicable for inhouse offers.
- Offers availed by one person cannot be shared and transferred to others.
- Bank and Public Holidays both weekend rates will be applicable. Packages and offers will not be valid.
- Weekend rates will apply on all public and bank holidays. Packages and offers won't be applicable for the same.
- In the student offer and monday motivation offer, leftover games will be waived off automatically at the end of the day.

- After the booking is complete, you will receive an email & SMS with the Transaction ID/CNR. Find your way to the online redemption counter at the park and present the Booking ID provided in the email/sms. At the counter, you will then receive physical tickets that will give you access to the park.

- Weekend rates will apply on all public and bank holidays. Packages and offers will not be applicable on the same.
- House Waiting rules apply.
- Management reserves the right to change the rate or the package without any notice.
- Management will not be liable for any fatal injury, damage or otherwise suffered by any person at the venue.
- Outside Food or Beverage Not Allowed. Alcohol will not be served to patrons below the legal age limit.
- Prizes of Vending and Redemption Games will not be applicable on Package deals.
- Balance in Card will not be refunded or amount once paid will not be refunded.
